We ship to the US and Canada.
We do not keep our products in stock, everything is made to order. Depending on the volume of orders,
your item(s) will be shipped within 2 - 7 business days.
Accessories (mitts and neckwarmers) have free shipping if bought with a hat or with a headband.
We offer flexible shipping rates based on your order size and shipping preferences.
US customers have 2 options:
- Canada Post Surface Mail (2-4 weeks) - starting at $7.00
- Canada Post Air Mail (5-9 business days) - starting at $8.50
Canadian customers: due to the fact that shipping rates within Canada vary greatly, your shipping rate will be
adjusted based on your postal code and your order size. Shortly after you place your order online, we will
send you an e-mail invoice stating your exact shipping rate and the added amount of money you will need to pay.
By following a link in the invoice, you will be redirected to a secure server where you can complete your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or refund it provided the item being
in unworn condition, within 30 days from purchase. Please notify us before sending back the item. You pay for the return
shipping only.
